We're always on the lookout for tenants. If you know of any, we would be happy to hear from you. And we'll even pay you for them.

It works like this. If you hear of someone looking to rent a property, refer them to us. We will then contact them, discuss their requirements, and arrange viewings. If they decide to take a property, and then go on to sign the tenancy agreement, we will send you money.

For everyone you refer, who then signs the tenancy agreement, we will send you £15. For two people, we will send you £30, three people, £45 – and so on and so forth.
