Coxford Lettings let and manage a wide selection of furnished and unfurnished flats and houses throughout the Southampton area. This guide is intended to you find the right property.

Finding a property in Southampton >> The first step is to contact us to provide brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. If not urgent, we log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available.

When should I start looking? >> It is wise to start looking about a month before you wish to move, as the nicer properties are viewed and reserved quickly.

When can I arrange a viewing? >> Viewings can be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and you will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have. Some properties will still have tenants living there, and in these cases, we can only do a viewing once we have given the tenants 24 hours notice.

Do you accept DSS? >> We regret that the majority of properties that we advertise aren't accept DSS claimants. Where we are able to, it will be clearly marked in the title and description.
